The management of ZeMA Group and her entire
team, contracted for the management of
the Miss Uniben Pageantry, by Campus Brand
Uniben Metro wishes to inform the general
public of its voluntary resignation from the
project.
This resignation is born out of the clashes in
the operational strategies of the two Firms,
resulting in gross breaches in the contract
signed by ZeMA Group and the brand owners
Uniben Metro .
The count charges are stated as follows;
1. Improper welfare for team members.
2. Regular communication disorder.
3. Regular misconduct from the CEO of the
brand owners (Uniben Metro, resulting in chaos
and disruption of working process)
4. The Unpreparedness of the Host Brand
(Uniben Metro) for the project, resulting in
tasking of team members for financial inputs.
5. Arbitrary decision makings without due
consultations of board of trustees.
6. Encroachment and disregard of offices, by
nullifying the management sub units and setting
up new ones without prior notice.
To this effect, ZeMA Group is no longer
associated and affiliated with the Miss Uniben
Brand , and all correspondence accrued to the
brand and her staff, corporately and individually
are therefore nullified. However, ZeMA bears no
burden or consequences as regards the project
onward.
ZeMA Group has built, is still building, and will
always stand for top class, and nothing less .
