HOUSE BUSINESS WAS AS FOLLOWS:
1. State of the union report was given by Madam Vice President(Hon Obasuyi Sonia)

RESOLUTIONS:
1. A Motion for the Suspension of the Secretary General was moved and was duly seconded and adopted by the House On the Basis of Gross Incompetence, Dereliction of duties as enshrined in the Students Union government Constitution, Section 36 sub Sec 6 & 7. This is due to the Secretary General inability to discharge his constitutional duties.
2. Another Motion Was moved for the suspension of the President and was duly seconded and adopted by the House on the basis of Abuse of office, Gross Incompetence/misconduct and Dereliction of duties as enshrined in the Students Union Government Constitution, Section 36 sub sec 1, 5, 6, and 7.
In the Utmost interest of fostering peace, . representation of the students of University of Benin whose interest we represent and thus protect, the Honourable members of the Supreme Parliament having sworn to an oath of allegiance to defend the constitution of the Students Union Government without fear or favour, do hereby invoke Section 37 sub sec(d) which is suspension from office indefinitely against the President (Hon Lauretta Obakpolor) and the Secretary General (Hon Jatto John Ovie).
Therefore the House has mandated the Committee on Union Property to take over all Union Properties in their Custody Forthwith.
