My pain about this present SUG representatives On temporary accommodation... ( Gowonharrison)

It crystal clear that our representatives (SUG) , don't know what they are doing.  The
Dean  of students has decided to kick students around  hostels like football , and it a bewailing that our SUG which we expected to help us make alignments with the Dean Of Students, is sited comfortably in their lofty heights, while the students are ill treated like a

1. child without guardians.

  Let use hall3 as a case  study,  from corner A to E are being allocated to old students. 
1. 5 bunks (corners)
2. 40 rooms
3. 6 blocks

5* 40*6 = 1,200 spaces

The first and second list for bed allocation contains nothing more than  700 spaces
700 - 1,200 = 500

Meaning up to 500 spaces is remaining.

My question  is.. What will happen to those spaces?
They said another list is coming out very soon.
*why not wait for the list to come out before asking us to pack out of temporary hostel?*
Where do they expect those without space yet, to stay before the list with be out?

  If the SUG really know what they are doing?
